🙌 Volunteer Roles May Include:

Assisting with festival setup or breakdown
Welcoming guests and providing info
Supporting workshop or music areas
Helping with wellness zones and vendor coordination
General event support

📍Volunteer Shifts Available:

Volunteer exchange: 12 hours (3) four hour shifts
$50 discounted ticket

⛺ What Should Volunteers Bring?

Do I need to bring anything as a volunteer?
We recommend volunteers bring:

A refillable water bottle
Comfortable shoes and layered clothing
A phone (with battery life for coordination, if needed)
A positive attitude and readiness to help!

All event materials and tasks will be provided and explained during check-in.

⏰ Volunteer Shifts & Expectations

When do I need to show up?
Volunteer shifts vary by role and location. Shifts will be confirmed in advance and typically fall into Morning, Afternoon, or Evening blocks.

You’ll receive an arrival time and check-in instructions before the event.

🚚 Area Assignments & Roles

Depending on your assigned area, you might help with:

The Barlow: Setup support from 10 AM or nightly breakdown after 8 PM
Center Stage, Main Stage Tents & Bhakti Area: On-site assistance, info booth help, music area support, or vendor relations — no teardown required
