Samantha & Ryan Ramey are a husband/wife duo with a passion for all things food and food should be comforting and delicious. The flavor of food simply comes from freshness, quality, and preparation. So, our passion is bringing all three of these ingredients together for you.
We are committed to honoring traditional techniques combined with the finest ingredients Sonoma County has to offer. We make all of our noodles in house and strive to produce and preserve as much as possible in season. We offer a seasonal menu consisting of traditional regional ramen styles informed by the offerings of our local farmers and ranchers. We also offer an ever changing selection of robata-yaki and small plate izakaya dishes to compliment our craft cocktails, beer, wine and sake selections. Ramen Gaijin is dedicated to providing a shared community space that brings together all walks of life under the umbrella of good food, good drink and joyous atmosphere.

The Farmer’s Wife, the popular farmers market stand seen at the Ferry Building and festivals like Outside Lands, introduces its first brick-and-mortar location. The cafe serves intricately layered gourmet sandwiches, soups, colorful salads and a variety of impressive and delectable french fries. The Farmer’s Wife only uses fresh, locally sourced, organic ingredients to craft their delicious menu, supporting local farmers and businesses. And, ingredients vary based on the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables available.
Halleck Vineyard is a sleeper Sonoma winery known for its limited production pinot noir and a brisk collection of summery whites and roses. With the promise of a hot season breathing down our neck, we took a look at three new white and rose releases from the winery. All of these wines are available for purchase and tasting at Halleck’s tasting room in the Russian River Valley.
Golden State Cider was founded on Devoto Orchards in Sebastopol, California, in 2012. The dry-farmed, heirloom apples grown there were already being sold at local farmers' markets, and cider provided a new way for buyers to enjoy them. Our first ciders were made from 100% fresh-pressed juice, celebrating the terroir and elevating apples as a fruit. As we’ve grown, these principles continue to lead the way.
With roll-up garage doors, indoor & outdoor seating, and vinyl on the turntable, our Winery & Tasting Room in downtown Sebastopol is just the place to enjoy a casual tasting or glass, or indulge in a comprehensive Tasting & Cellar Tour experience.
