Ayla Nereo is a singer, composer, producer, dancer, and visual-poetry creator raised among the Northern California forests and rivers. Called a “bridger of sound,” Ayla dances between timeless and modern, with a particular joy for cross-pollinating musical styles. Her songs seem a genre unto their own, as she moves between vocal looping, produced beats, live drumming, orchestral string arrangements, Celtic melodies, disco rhythms, electronic soundscapes, and even dashes of hip-hop wordplay.

Heather Christie is a trailblazer: DJ, producer, vocalist, songwriter, mentor, music label founder, and mama; she is on a mission to usher in a new wave of feminine musical creation. Heather has gone viral and been featured in publications worldwide for the story of her trailblazing in motherhood & music. Vir McCoy, a musical force in his own right, joins on lively stringed instruments such as guitar, Irish Tenor banjo, djeli ngoni from Mali, and the Turkish Cümbüs.

Wholeheartedly fed by the folk and gospel traditions, MaMuse (Sarah Nutting and Karisha Longaker) create uplifting music to inspire the world into thriving. Interweaving brilliant and haunting harmony with lyrics born of honed emotional intelligence, MaMuse invokes a musical presence that inspires the opening of the heart. Playing a family of varied acoustic instruments including upright bass, guitar, mandolins, and flutes, these two powerful women embody a love for all life. The Heeters
The Heeters band is comprised of Tom Quell (vocals/guitar, and a couple members of The California Honeydrops (Lorenzo Loera on keys and Miles Blackwell on bass).
Lorenzo and Tom co-write the songs, which have that classic soul sound & those catchy hooks--with a personality that makes them still unique and relevant within the world of modern music.

Soul Funk Hip-Hop
King Dream, led by Oakland native Jeremy Lyon, is a Bay Area rock ‘n’ roll band known for crafting heartfelt and cerebral dive bar anthems. Their music seamlessly blends the raw energy of American rock legends like Springsteen and Petty with the psychedelic vibes of ’60s West Coast music and the contemporary spirit of bands like My Morning Jacket and The War on Drugs. Lyon and his band have an impressive track record, having performed at notable festivals like Outside Lands and Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, toured both nationally and internationally, and even experienced the gritty reality of busking on the streets.

Suzanimal is a smart, playful psychedelic pop/rock project from San Francisco Bay Area singer, songwriter and bassist Suzanne Galal. Inspired by her love of Talking Heads and the Tom Tom Club. Galal — a scientist and pharmacy professor by day — picked up a bass guitar for the first time at the age of 30, and began writing confident, groove-centered tracks soon after.

Sakoyana is a jazz-funk band from Sonoma County, California. Influenced by sounds and creations of all kinds. Primarily the music is rooted in jazz, blues, and funk, but is also influenced by western classical music, hip hop, Indian classical music, space, plants, meditation and much more. The music strives to balance tight compositional structures with improvisation and joyful noise.

Animal Prince
Animal Prince is an art-pop project from singer-violinist Fae Nageon de Lestang and percussionist Grant McLeod. Fae’s vocals are a captivating instrument, drawing the listener into a landscape that’s playful yet polished, soulful but never self-serious, layered with string arrangements, synth grooves, hooks, harmonies and the occasional actual birdsong. Borrowing from bossa nova, indie folk, yacht rock and chamber pop, Animal Prince would be at home on a mix with Feist, Emily King, or Pet Sounds, but the sound is uniquely their own: tender, danceable and delightfully feral.
